Beth is the co-founder of Talk Play Grow and the lead Speech Language Pathologist. She started Talk Play Grow in 2019 with Michelle out of a love of working with children and because she felt passionate about providing innovative therapy in a family and child-centered environment. Beth has been a licensed, certified Speech Language Pathologist for 8 years. Her resume includes working with children and adults of all ages in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, public and charter schools, home health, and a therapy clinic. Beth received both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Speech and Hearing from Cleveland State University. She has taken continuing education courses focused on expressive and receptive language, autism, and feeding disorders. Beth also has training in Talk Tools, an oral motor-sensory approach to feeding disorders. She strongly believes that therapy should be highly individualized, evidence-based, and most importantly, FUN!

Beth has been married 11 years and has 3 children: 7 year old twins, and a 5 year old. Life is a little bit crazy, but she wouldn't have it any other way! She loves to read, which has carried over into her therapy techniques of incorporating literacy into her sessions as much as possible. In her free time (what's that?), Beth enjoys true crime documentaries, spending time with her family, and hand-lettering.

Michelle was co-founder of Talk Play Grow and a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. She had an amazing spirit and brightened the lives of all who knew her. She was passionate about her work with children. Anywhere that Michelle went, children would be magnetically drawn to her. She had a strong love of all things magical, especially unicorns. Beth and Michelle had an immediate connection upon meeting, further cemented by their mutual dream of opening a therapy practice focused on improving the lives of children of all abilities.

Tragically, Michelle unexpectedly passed away in August of 2019. Talk Play Grow will forever feel the loss of this amazing person and therapist. In honor of Michelle, Talk Play Grow will continue on, preserving the values and dreams Michelle and Beth planned together.

Vince has been a part of Talk Play Grow since it's inception. He stepped into the role of co-owner after Michelle's passing. Vince uses his extensive medical expertise to provide Talk Play Grow with valuable insight into how to run a medical practice, assists with marketing and networking with other medical professionals, and more! Although he is not part of the day-to-day running of the clinic, he has an important role in the behind-the-scenes running of TPG. We are lucky he is part of the Talk Play Grow team!
Jordan Mericle​

Another face you may see in the center is Jordan. She is a true Jack-of-all-trades and a huge part of the team. You may see her doing marketing tasks, completing book keeping, helping with human resources, and even assisting with camps or groups!​
Jordan has recently discovered her love of gardening. She loves to feel the dirt under her feet! Jordan's other love is raising her gaggle of mini dachshunds (she's currently up to 4!) with her husband as they run their own business in the radiological field.
